We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading and developing the store team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall daily operations of the store.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular training and feedback.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
