Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Swichtec Power Systems Selangor - Maukerja

We are hiring Sales Engineer — 48VDC Power Systems to lead sales and territory growth for our 48VDC SMR & DC power product line. This is a frontline, target-driven commercial role within the Business Development Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong product and technical knowledge
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Prepare proposal, quotations, and costing
• Present technical solutions (training provided)
• Grow sales funnels and meet targets
• Participate in site visit and technical discussions
• Collaborate with engineering & project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and master technical concepts.
• Confident communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable engaging and building relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
• Able to work independently with a high level of discipline and accountability.
• Positive attitude with a strong motivation for continuous growth and performance improvement.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
