Position Responsibilities

The Regional System Analyst owns technical scoping, system design, and solution ownership across the Enterprise Solutions pillar — spanning POS, ERP, and HRMS. This role is responsible for system design documentation, integration flow mapping, and technical feasibility/scalability assessments across all three systems, working directly with technical teams to translate approved solution direction into actionable, well-documented technical execution. Business stakeholder engagement remains with the Pillar Lead.

Solution Ownership & System Design

• Own technical scoping and solution design across POS, ERP, and HRMS initiatives
• Produce system design documentation and technical specifications for approved initiatives across all three systems
• Assess technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions before implementation begins
• Recommend solution approaches and technical trade-offs to the Pillar Lead for direction and sign-off

Integration & Flow Mapping

• Map and document all integration flows in, out, and across POS, ERP, and HRMS — including data flow diagrams and touchpoint documentation
• Analyze existing system architecture and integration points to identify constraints, risks, and design considerations
• Maintain a consistent, up-to-date repository of system flow diagrams and integration maps across the pillar

Execution Enablement

• Translate approved solution direction from the Pillar Lead into actionable technical execution plans for the relevant system team (POS System Admins, ERP Specialists)
• Work directly with technical teams during build/implementation to ensure solutions are executed per design intent
• Flag technical risks, dependencies, or scalability concerns proactively to the Pillar Lead

HRMS Onboarding

• Lead technical scoping and solution design for HRMS as it is integrated into the pillar
• Establish initial system flow documentation and integration mapping for HRMS from the ground up

Qualifications & Education

• 4–6 years of experience in a System Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or Technical BA role, with demonstrated system design and solution ownership experience
• Hands-on experience with integration flow mapping and data flow documentation across multiple systems
• Familiarity with ERP (e.g., NetSuite), POS platforms, and/or HRMS systems strongly preferred
• Proven experience assessing technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions
• Strong technical writing skills — system flows, design specs, architecture documentation
• Ability to work independently with technical teams without requiring business stakeholder facilitation
• Comfortable managing concurrent technical workstreams across three systems with shifting priorities
