We’re Hiring: Horticulture Content Creator

Florazazzy Nursery is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator with a Degree in Horticulture to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can combine horticultural knowledge with strong video production and social media storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reels and other social media platforms.
• Develop educational, promotional and lifestyle content related to:
• Plants and plant care
• Ceramic and decorative pots
• Fertilizers and plant nutrition
• Soil and growing media
• Floral arrangements and decorations
• Nursery products
• Landscape design and maintenance
• Plan content ideas, scripts, storyboards and video concepts.
• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos.
• Present horticultural topics in a simple, interesting and easy-to-understand way.
• Participate in on-camera presentations, product demonstrations and nursery activities.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a related field.
• Good knowledge of plants, plant care, fertilizers, soil and basic landscaping.
• Strong skills in videography, video editing and social media content creation.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook or Instagram is an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
• Creative, confident and able to communicate technical horticultural knowledge in an engaging way.
• Basic photography, graphic design and content planning skills will be an added advantage.
