• Manage day-to-day procurement activities.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with relevant departments.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and post-award contract activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and supplier information.
• Monitor procurement activities through the Procurement System.
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor the performance of PO issuance

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least two years of relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar position.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
