• Asset Management - post monthly asset capitalization, disposal & transter and to make sure asset captured into account. Planning for asset tagging exercise by monthly/quarterly according to the companies.
• Risk Management - to update monthly risk status related to Cashflow/Account Payables/ Account Receivables/Inventories and other related financial matters and to update risk status by quarterly in Q-Radar System.
• CROP-to update CROP status/data monthly and to attend any requirement or any related matters as per companies/group guidelines.
• Administrative - to handle all administration tasks for the department.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) functions by monitoring outstanding debts and guiding the team in identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Monthly & Year end closing - To update GL posting, GL Clearing and Journals related to Account Payables/ Account Receivables/ Assets/ Accruals.
• Assist in handling internal and external audit matters by preparing and providing required documentation, coordinating with auditors, and responding to queries in a timely manner.
• To plan and arrange for Stock Count activities for mid-year and year-end cycles, including updated inventories listing and documentations.
• To support the team in system-related tasks and projects, including process improvement initiatives and implementation of new requirements or enhancements.
• To provide assistance in SAP-related matters as backup support for finance system updates, new projects, and regulatory changes such as MFRS, SST, GST, and e-Invoicing.
• Any other jobs that fit the job scope as instructed by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting functions.
• Good knowledge of full-set accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and fixed assets.
• Familiar with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, GL posting, and GL clearing.
• Experience in asset management, including capitalization, disposal, transfer, and asset tagging.
• Knowledge of cash flow, working capital, inventory, and financial risk management.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems; SAP experience would be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
