Hemodialysis Procedure

• Prepare and set up the dialysis machine before each session.
• Prime the dialysis machine and dialyzer according to protocol.
• Cannulate AV fistulas
• Monitor the entire dialysis session: patient vital signs, fluid removal, and machine parameters.
• Recognize and respond to complications (e.g., hypotension, cramps, clotting, disconnection).

Pre- and Post-Dialysis Care

• Perform pre-dialysis assessments: vital signs, weight, condition of access.
• Post-dialysis monitoring and documentation: post-weight, blood pressure, patient condition.
• Manage bleeding at access site after needle removal.
• Provide health education related to diet, fluid restrictions, and medication adherence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
