Kerja Sepenuh Masa CASHIER - Q BISTRO MSU, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Hajris F&B Selangor - Maukerja

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer orders accurately through the POS/cashier system.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet and other payment transactions.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Maintain accurate cash balances and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries, promotions and payment-related questions.
• Ensure the cashier counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
• Coordinate with restaurant crew and kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Monitor and maintain sufficient supplies such as receipt paper, cash change and packaging materials.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, food safety, hygiene and security procedures.
• Report any discrepancies, refunds, void transactions or payment issues to the supervisor/manager.
• Assist with other restaurant operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in the F&B/restaurant industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Responsible, honest, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, friendly and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to learn and follow company SOPs and instructions.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
