Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are looking for a flexible, proactive and versatile Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team.

The role involves supporting the company’s marketing, business development, training programmes, projects and day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing activities to promote the company’s training programmes, services and projects.

* Identify potential clients and business opportunities, and manage follow-ups to build new relationships.

* Create and manage social media content and promotional materials.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, reports and other business documentation.

* Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to training programmes, events and projects.

* Design basic marketing materials such as posters, brochures and presentations using Canva or similar tools.

* Communicate with clients, partners, trainers and other stakeholders when required.

* Provide general support to management and assist with other tasks based on business needs.

Requirements

* Experience in Marketing, Business Development, Administration or a related field is an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

* Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design is an advantage.

* Good organisational and documentation skills.

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on different responsibilities.

* Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

* A positive “can-do” attitude.
