ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work in production and factory areas work closely to Production Team.

2. Responsible for QC activities (pest control, receiving raw materials, outgoing/final inspection monitoring online production processes, monitor cleanliness, etc.)

3. Prepare reports and submit to superior if necessary.

4. To monitor & conduct daily QC testing/ inspection.

5. Ensure production personnel adhere to the code of hygiene and GMP during product handling.

6. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic processing plant.

7. Daily reporting to FSO for daily QC activities according to GMP/HACCP/HALAL food manufacturing.

8. Responsible to check & ensure the quality of raw material, in-process product & finished goods.

9. To conduct and ensure quality testing, inspection and recording of incoming raw materials/goods / packaging inspection.

10. Assist in RND and product sample require by client or HOD.

REQUIREMENT

· Have better understanding on GMP, HACCP and Halal application.

· Possess own transportation

· Able to work under Rotational Shift and Overtime.

· Strict and charismatic personalities.

· Non-smoker or vaper

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· At least a Diploma in Food Science related study or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

· At least 1 year’s experiences in similar field. If candidate is not meeting minimum education criteria, it shall possess at least 2 years working experience in food industry.

PREFERRED SKILLS

· Possess effective communication, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and quick learner.
· Candidate must have strong and firm character.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
