Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Executive - Operations Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in Trescal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Maukerja

1. Manage end-to-end purchasing and equipment supply activities.

2. Source and identify suitable suppliers based on customer requirements and technical specifications.

3. Request, review and compare supplier quotations, pricing, lead time and commercial terms.

4. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers where applicable.

5. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to approved suppliers.

6. Coordinate equipment supply orders from customer order confirmation through procurement to final delivery.

7. Monitor outstanding POs, supplier order acknowledgement and committed delivery dates.

8. Follow up and expedite suppliers to ensure timely delivery, especially for urgent customer requirements.

9. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and other relevant departments for smooth order fulfilment.

10. Arrange and monitor shipment/delivery of equipment from suppliers to Trescal

and/or customers.

11. Ensure purchasing, shipping and equipment supply documentation is complete and

accurate.

12. Maintain proper purchasing records, supplier information and order status updates in the relevant system.

13. Resolve supplier, delivery, documentation and equipmentsupply issues promptly.

14. Provide timely updates on equipment availability, lead time and delivery status to

internal stakeholders and customers.

15. Ensure equipment supplied meets the customer’s agreed specifications and requirements.

16. Support cost control and maintain competitive purchasing while ensuring required quality and delivery performance.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
