Job description:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related filed
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Intern (last semester) also encourage to apply.
• Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office, experience in Accounting Software (advantage)
• Experience in dealing with bank and financing institution
• Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Familiar with the cashless system

Responsibility:

• Review and checking utility bills to process the payment
• Handling deposit (season parking) record and refund
• Record daily collection data and reconcile with the bank transaction
• Compile receipt, data entry and do the reconciliation
• Update sales report by daily, weekly & monthly basis
• Provide general administrative support, ensure proper filing of documents, mailing, copying, sorting
• Assist in accounting and data entry assistance
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
