Job Overview:
At Daythree Business Services, we believe data should go beyond reporting historical performance. It should help the business understand what is happening, why it is happening, what is likely to happen next, and what actions should be considered. We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytical and business mindset to transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with management and business stakeholders to identify performance trends, risks, opportunities and underlying business drivers, and translate findings into clear decision support for senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse operational, customer, workforce and business data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause and driver analysis to explain why business and operational performance has changed.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify emerging issues, anomalies and opportunities beyond standard reporting requirements.
- Quantify the operational, financial, customer and workforce impact of findings and proposed actions where applicable.
- Perform forecasting, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential outcomes and support management decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical outputs that provide meaningful visibility into business performance.
- Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Finance and other stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Challenge assumptions and validate business hypotheses through structured data analysis. Recommend process, operational or business improvements supported by data and clearly outline expected impact, risks and trade-offs.
- Prepare and present concise executive-level insights, recommendations and supporting analysis to management and senior leadership.
- Measure the impact of implemented recommendations where applicable and identify further improvement opportunities, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, workforce analytics, operational analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to move beyond reporting numbers and explain the business drivers behind performance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in root-cause analysis, trend analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect operational performance, customer outcomes, workforce requirements and business results.
- Experience preparing and presenting analytical findings to management or senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of general contact centre operations, processes and KPIs.
- Effective Business English proficiency in verbal and written form.
- Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
