Job Description:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and guide restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Assist in managing staff schedules and daily manpower requirements.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory usage and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and operational procedures.
• Assist with daily sales, cash handling and outlet administration.
• Train, coach and motivate staff to improve performance.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure the outlet is properly maintained and ready for daily operations.
• Step in to manage the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Work closely with the Operations and HR teams on staffing and operational matters.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Crew or Assistant Restaurant Manager is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Able to supervise, motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer literate and able to perform basic administrative tasks.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive and positive in handling daily operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
