Kerja Sepenuh Masa Manual Milling Machinist, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Ngeam Engineering Works Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements:

1) Experience operating a manual milling machine.

2) Able to read engineering drawings.

3) Basic knowledge of machining tools, cutting parameters, and measuring instruments.

4) Able to work independently and follow production schedules.

5) Mechanical/Manufacturing background is an advantage.

6) Willing to work overtime when required.

Job Descriptions:

1) Operate manual milling machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

2) Set up workpieces, vice, cutters, and other tooling correctly.

3) Perform milling, drilling, slotting, tapping, boring, and other machining operations.

4) Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

5) Measure finished parts using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.

6) Check dimensions and quality during and after machining.

7) Select suitable cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and machining requirements.

8) Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and 5S activities.

9) Report any machine, tooling, or quality issues to the supervisor.

10) Follow safety procedures and company work instructions.

11) Complete production records and inspection documents when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
