Kerja Sepenuh Masa Spa Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Velvet Beauty & Spa Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa operations, staff schedules and customer appointments
• Lead, train and motivate therapists and front-desk staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Manage stock levels, product orders, cash handling and operational records
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality
• Develop promotions and support marketing activities to attract and retain customers
• Prepare regular sales, staff and operational reports for management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in spa, beauty, wellness, salon or retail management
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-service skills
• Able to manage a team and work towards sales targets
• Organised, responsible and able to solve problems independently
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the scheduled roster
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage

Working hours: 10.00 am - 6.30 pm
