Responsibilities
- Able in overseeing overall site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, including the work of tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Review and monitor daily work progress, identifying potential issues, delays, or risks, and taking timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and responsible work environment.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Conduct on-site inspections for structural and architectural works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship by providing on-site training, guidance, and supervision to workers.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, structural layouts, and architectural details; coordinate between structural and architectural works to avoid discrepancies.
- Implement quality control measures and perform regular site inspections to maintain project standards.
- Manage site inventory, confirm proper stock levels, and maintain accurate records for materials, tools, and machinery.
- Track and plan site machinery usage and ensure periodic maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain proper documentation including site reports, inspection records, inventory logs, and related project documents.
- Work closely with the company’s main store to plan and control inventory and material deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Site Supervisor in design & build industry.
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, building regulations, and site processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and architectural specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Able to liaise effectively with site foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
