Role: Martech Data & Integration

Location: Malaysia, Can relocate from China

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in systems integration, enterprise applications, APIs, Martech platforms, customer
• data platforms, loyalty solutions, or data engineering with strong integration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, event-driven architecture, and batch
• integrations.
• Experience using API testing and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Postman) and writing SQL queries for data
• validation and analysis.
• Familiarity with API Gateways, middleware platforms, microservices, and cloud-based integration
• architectures is an advantage.
• Should have experience supporting SIT, business UAT, production deployments, and L2 application
• support in an agile delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis and
• coordinating issue resolution across cross-functional and vendor teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work
• across business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of retail, loyalty, customer engagement, or digital commerce platforms is highly desirable
