• To provide full support to Director in managing day-to-day administrative and operations in the office.
• Responsible to assist Director to follow up, monitor, Direct & coordinate tasks and report accordingly.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management.
• Manage and maintain the director's calendar including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events.
• Responsible to manage the direct report daily calendar. Have to demonstrate flexibility and problem solving to make any adjustment and prioritization from any last-minute changes.

• Candidates with a Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Willing to travel when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
