• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare basic beverages and assist with food preparation when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Clear tables and ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times.
• Refill supplies and assist with stock arrangement.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the team with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
