About the role

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and work schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in infrastructure or construction works is an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willing to work at several construction sites and manage site activities

• Able to work independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and work schedule

• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Check the quality of work and ensure proper construction methods are followed

• Monitor site progress and report any issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager

• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site activities

• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures

• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress

• Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation

• Assist the project team in solving site-related problems
