Role Description

The Leasing Asst Manager/Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam. This role involves managing property leases, identifying new retail opportunities through market research, and overseeing lease administration processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling leases and lease administration processes, including drafting, reviewing, and monitoring compliance.
• Strong skills in market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential retail locations.
• Understanding of property management principles and practices to ensure smooth operations and upkeep of retail outlets.
• Effective negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Malaysian retail markets and legal regulations related to leasing is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
