Key Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Management in daily field operations, including harvesting, maintenance, manuring, and pest management.
• Supervise and monitor field workers to ensure work is carried out effectively and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, manpower utilisation, and productivity.
• Participate in the implementation of estate development programmes and sustainability initiatives.
• Undergo structured training and development modules as part of the Company’s career progression plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager and Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in plantation or estate operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Experience in oil palm plantation operations will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in estate/rural locations and undertake field-based duties.
• Willing to be based at any of our estate locations in Bintulu, Sarawak.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
