Kerja Sepenuh Masa STORE EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di CNC Metal Machining Selangor - Maukerja

1. Interact and liaise with relevant departments and team members to achieve goals.

2. To provide customer delivery information to production clerk and ensure all delivery being met.

3. Providing important feedback on backlog, in-progress holding and production achievement to enable the production supervisor to take corrective actions when necessary.

4. To work with the Production on material supply for production output and targets.

5. To monitor and ensure goods ordered are delivered by suppliers / sub-con’t promptly, in good condition, and as per the terms of our order.

6. Preparing and submitting monthly progress reports and forecast to Assistant Production Manager Attention.

7. To assist in the control and tracking of stock movements, from point of receipt of goods, transfer of goods to store/other divisions for set-up, preparation of goods for delivery to customer etc.

8. To ensure proper documentation, including labeling, updating of stock cards, and updating of stock system are in place for stock movements.

9. To ensure the storeroom is neat and in proper condition for safe-keeping of all goods.

10. To ensure goods kept at storeroom are in good condition and at the right quantity at all times.

11. Adhere to safety rules, ensuring safe working practices at all times helping to promote a safety culture.

12. Receive raw material (Local & Overseas) into the store and carry out the necessary transactions so as to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.

13. To involve in project and department meeting.

14. Ensuring that the Quality System ISO 9001: 2015 is maintained and carried out

Requirement

1. Preferably Diploma or Degree in manufacturing or in related discipline or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in planning.

3. Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 will be an advantage.

5.Computer literate.

6.Good teamwork, communication and inter-personal skills required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
