Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with retail outlets, distributors and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product sales and market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, promotions and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, stock availability and sales activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising and promotional execution at retail outlets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve sales-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail sales, or related industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for outlet/market visits when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Location: HQ Shah Alam
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000/month

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
