Job description

1. Plan Production schedule according to both internal and external customers' requirement.

2. Meet 100% on-time delivery as committed to customers, local and overseas.

3. Interpret and convert customers’ ETA date to ETD date based on shipping lead time depending on respective shipping locations.

4. Liaise with Sales Coordinators and Logistics for vessel booking, vessel pick-up, and shipping arrangements.

5. Prepare Master Production Schedule and detailed production plan by sections. Make proposal on new ETD/ETA to customers whenever there is adjustment in production plans.

6. Collaborate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure availability of raw material before production.

7. Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure custom declaration done and approval before disposal of designated materials.

8. Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential delay. Highlight concerns during production meeting.

9. Analyse delay and backlog orders and make relevant adjustment to meet shipment deadline.

10. Lead Storehands; monitor and manage stocks at all stages, to ensure book and physical quantities tally. Monitor and manage aging stocks. Bring up to management’s attention for for aging stock and propose for disposal.

11. Work Collaboratively with other functional group to achieve organizational objectives.

12. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superior.

Minimum Skills / Requirement

• 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
