Opening with a frozen food manufacturing company in Shah Alam, Glenmarie.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Social Media Management

Manage current and future social media channels for all brands under the company, from conceptualizing scroll-stopping content that reflects the brand’s personality to executing production (design, photography, videography, copywriting), distribution, paid advertising, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization.

2. Community Management

Foster authentic engagement by monitoring and responding to brand mentions, comments, and messages, helping build a loyal and engaged online community.

3. Influencer Management

Identify KOLs and KOCs whose audiences align with our target market. Coordinate the full influencer cycle, from outreach and contracting to briefing, content approvals, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

4. Content Marketing

Update brand websites and assist in creating SEO- and GEO-friendly content that supports marketing campaigns.

5. Ad-Hoc Tasks

Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on social media experience with a strong portfolio across Meta, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2. Proven experience with influencers and media platforms to drive campaigns and engagement.

3. A creative and strategic mindset, including:

- Proficiency with tools such as social media management platforms, mobile marketing apps, AI assisted tools, and design/video software (Adobe Illustrator a plus)

- Solid understanding of SEO/GEO principles

- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with multi languages

4. Willing to work on Saturday (half day)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
