We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Executive to oversee our daily warehouse logistics, inventory control, and dispatch operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating material intake, managing finished pallet storage, and ensuring safe, efficient material handling using forklift machinery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pallet Logistics & Dispatch Operations

• Oversee daily staging, loading, and unloading of wooden/plastic pallets for outbound delivery and inbound raw timber or materials.
• Operate counterbalanced forklifts safely to move high-volume timber bundles, raw materials, and stacked pallet loads across the yard and warehouse.
• Coordinate with transport providers, lorry drivers, and production supervisors to schedule on-time customer deliveries.

2. Inventory Control & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials (lumber, nails, blocks) and finished pallet stock.
• Perform regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report stock levels to management to avoid production downtime.
• Organize warehouse layout to maximize spatial efficiency and improve loading/unloading turnaround times.

3. Quality Assurance & Yard Safety

• Conduct visual checks on inbound raw materials and finished pallets to meet quality standards before shipment.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols, ensuring safe forklift operating standards and proper pallet stacking limits.
• Oversee basic maintenance and daily pre-operation checks for company forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Valid Forklift Driving License / Certification is added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, yard management, or logistics (experience in wood products, manufacturing, or heavy material handling is a strong plus).
• Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse layout optimization, inventory management, and loading safety standards.
• Attributes: Physically fit, reliable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage yard operations effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
