We are Engineering Contracting Company (Bumiputra G7 CIDB Registered Contractor) specialising in Mechanical Services. Our projects include government infrastructural such as LRT, MRT, hospital and commercial buildings i.e. shopping malls, offices and etc.

We would like to invite suitable and qualified Malaysian citizens to join and grow together with our team for the following position:-

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• Assisting Accounts Manager in handling full set of accounts
• Supporting the Accounts Manager with reporting and compliance
• Handling of day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensuring accurate financial records
• Preparing and processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, payments, and staff claims
• Issue progress billings, tax invoices, and follow up on collections
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts monthly
• Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents and records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
• Ensure compliance with SST, tax, and other regulatory requirements

Education Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

Other Requirements

• Experienced in construction contract accounting e.g. project accounts, costing, and progress claims
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in UBS Accounting Software
• Proficiency in MS Office suites especially Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude in teamwork environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented, able to organize and possess good time management.

Language:

• English and Bahasa Malaysian (Required)
