Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Officer, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di OCM SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, company HSE policies and project safety procedures.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Ensure workers comply with proper PPE requirements, safe work procedures and site safety rules.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and inductions for workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, working at height, hot work, confined space and machinery operations.
• Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, toolbox meeting records and relevant HSE documentation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and assist in preparing corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with site management, supervisors, workers and subcontractors on safety-related matters.
• Ensure safety signage, barricades, emergency equipment and first-aid facilities are properly maintained and available.
• Stop or report unsafe work practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist during safety audits, inspections and meetings with clients or relevant authorities.
• Ensure all required safety permits, risk assessments and method statements are properly implemented at site.
• Perform any other safety-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification/competency recognised by DOSH/JKKP.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site safety experience, preferably in construction, engineering or oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations and site safety practices.
• Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to work at project sites.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
