We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join our team. This dual-role position involves both capturing high-quality video footage and editing it into polished final products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, technical expertise in video production, and proficiency in post-production editing. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Videography:

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content, including promotional videos, interviews, events, tutorials, and more.
• Pre-Production: Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements, develop storyboards, and create shot lists.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for shoots.
• On-Site Shooting: Coordinate and execute video shoots, ensuring proper setup of lighting, sound, and camera angles to achieve desired results.
• Creative Input: Provide creative direction during shoots to enhance the visual appeal of the footage.

Video Editing:

• Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, including color correction, sound mixing, and the addition of motion graphics, effects, and music.
• Content Editing: Trim and assemble video segments, create rough and final cuts, and ensure a smooth narrative flow.
• Motion Graphics: Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and other visual elements to enhance the overall video quality.
• Revisions: Collaborate with the team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to achieve the final product.
• File Management: Organize and manage video files, ensuring easy access and archiving for future use.
• Content Optimization: Export and optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels.

Graphic Design :

• Design Creation: Develop and create a wide range of graphics, including logos, web layouts, social media content, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other visual materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual assets.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and create designs that meet the objectives.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and projects, presenting multiple design options for review.
• Image Editing: Retouch and manipulate images as needed to enhance the visual appeal of designs.
• Typography: Utilize typography effectively in design, ensuring readability and visual impact.
• File Preparation: Prepare and deliver final design files in the correct format for print and digital production.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor designs to continuously innovate and improve the quality of work.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Videogapher: 1 year (Preferred)
