Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily retail showroom operations.

• Lead and support the retail sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional product recommendations.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure good customer service standards.

• Handle customer follow-ups, orders, and sales-related matters.

• Assist in creating and managing content on social media platforms.

• Handle daily operational issues and make decisions independently when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail sales, sales supervision, or a related field.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Responsible, organized, and have good leadership skills.

• Friendly and confident in communicating with customers.

• Able to lead and work well with a team.

• Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.

• Basic knowledge of creating social media content is an added advantage.

• Willing to learn about security door products and specifications.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
