Smartlink Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-based contract manufacturing and engineering company serving the semiconductor and high-technology industries. We specialise in cable harness assembly, wire assembly, control boxes and panels, electrical and mechanical module assembly, box-build assemblies, system integration, and customised engineering solutions.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Integrated Management System (IMS) to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our management systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Maintain and control IMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and related documents.
• Ensure relevant IMS requirements, policies, procedures, and processes are properly communicated and implemented across departments.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit documents, evidence, records, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable ISO standards, statutory requirements, customer requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify process gaps, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the preparation of management review materials, IMS reports, KPI reports, and other related documentation.
• Conduct or assist in IMS awareness and training activities for employees.
• Maintain proper records of IMS activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in investigating process-related issues and implementing appropriate corrective and improvement actions.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve process effectiveness, compliance, and operational performance.
• Perform other duties and assignments related to IMS as required by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in IMS, Quality Management System, ISO, compliance, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of ISO management system requirements and audit processes.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining controlled documents and records.
• Experience in coordinating internal and external audits will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and committed to maintaining compliance and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment will be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
