We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Technician to support the maintenance and smooth operation of our building facilities and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
• Carry out routine inspections, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Perform welding, metal fabrication, cutting, grinding, drilling and fitting works.
• Fabricate and repair metal structures such as brackets, frames, supports, gates, railings and other maintenance items.
• Attend to maintenance breakdowns and service requests.
• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building repair works when required.
• Support tenant fit-out, renovation, events and other maintenance activities.
• Ensure welding and hot work activities are carried out safely and according to company requirements.
• Comply with PTW, Hot Work Permit, LOTO, PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment and welding machines in good working condition.
• Record completed maintenance works and inspections in the relevant logbooks/CMMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at work areas.
• Assist during emergency breakdowns and standby duties when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Technician / Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate/Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, welding or fabrication.
• Experience in both general maintenance and welding/fabrication will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, tools and equipment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good safety awareness and responsible working attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
