Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di Interlec Electrical Supplies Selangor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily AP & AR, invoicing and collections.
• Handle Purchase Orders, supplier and subcontractor payments.
• Process operational and project-related payments.
• Maintain accounting records and data entry in accounting software.
• Assist with full-set accounting, General Ledger & Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow planning and forecasts.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Compile and maintain financial and project-related documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal operations team.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Construction/engineering/contracting experience preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and able to work independently.
• Experience with subcontractor/project accounts is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
