Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 12,000 di MRD KL Selangor - Maukerja

• Responsible for the overall manufacturing process
• Oversee and manage manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources for the Production team to ensure that safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are consistently met.
• Lead, support, and drive Lean implementation and continuous improvement of the overall site through lean initiatives and tools, Kaizen activities.
• Meet and exceed IATF16949 & ISO14001 KPIs
• etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in mass production industry.
• Good understanding of quality engineering and process improvement methodology.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience in leading team.
• Ability to multitask and effectively handle various challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
