HICOM Diecastings Sdn. Bhd. (HDSB) is looking for a HR Assistant to join our HR team!

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Position: HR Assistant
Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant HR experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Handle foreign worker documentation, including work permits, passports, FOMEMA and related records
• Assist with foreign worker onboarding, transfers, renewals and other related matters
• Liaise with relevant agencies and authorities when required Prepare HR reports, letters and other administrative documents
• Provide support for general HR operations and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in HR / Business Administration or related field
1–2 years of relevant HR experience
Experience in foreign worker management/documentation is an advantage
Good organisational and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
