Role Description This full-time Project Management Officer role is an on-site position based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Project Management Officer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT and system integration projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, tracking milestones and deliverables, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation and governance standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to clarify requirements, manage risks and issues, and support resource and budget planning. The Project Management Officer will also assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to consistent project management practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, support decision-making, and manage project financials effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and facilitate meetings.
- Relevant experience in ICT, system integration, or technology-driven projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, MS Project, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to work systematically, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
