Kerja Sepenuh Masa Membership Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di GLENMARIE HOTEL & GOLF RESORT Selangor - Maukerja

1. Process new membership applications, transfers, replacements, nominations and related documentation in accordance with SOPs.

2. Attend to members' enquiries and provide efficient and professional membership services.

3. Support membership sales and revenue generation through prospecting, follow-up and relationship building.

4. Develop and maintain a database of prospective members, sellers and potential nominees.

5. Responsible for sending notification, updating and monitoring supplementary reaching 18 years old.

6. Prepare and organize members non-golfing related activities to enhance membership loyalty.

7. Responsible for preparing and sending membership related materials to members.

8. To assist department to maintain asset, manage inventories (prepares MRF, document for purchase etc.)

9. Manage and maintain Reciprocal and Affiliated Clubs affairs and prepare letter of introduction.

10. Engage and expand list of partners for membership loyalty rewards program-Merchant Partners.

11. Ensure list of partners are updated and relevant information disseminated to members.

12. Understand members’ Rights and Liabilities as per Prospectus and Club Bye-Laws.

13. Membership Service Centre –Operate day to day running in attending to all membership related enquiries, generating simple tax invoice for membership materials, issuance of membership materials and points redemption for loyalty programme.

14. Preparation and distribution of Notice of Meeting, Proxy Form & Nomination Form for Members’ Annual General Meeting

15. Retain existing membership and generate revenue from membership sales, transfers, nominations and subscription fees through networking and good relationship with present clients and prospects.

16. Membership related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.

2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English

4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
