Kerja Internship HR Intern di Chong Lek Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR department with daily administrative and HR activities.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance and leave administration.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters and other documents.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist with foreign worker administration and documentation when required.
• Assist with payroll-related administrative work and checking of employee information.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR projects.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

The HR Intern will support daily HR and administrative tasks across recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll support and other HR projects. Minimum 3-month internship with a RM500 monthly allowance.
