Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant - Site Administrator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Mah Sing Healthcare Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily site administration, correspondence, calls and general office matters.
• Maintain and control project documents, drawings, filing systems, PQP, CFI and ISO-related records.
• Assist with project documentation, audits, non-conformities and follow-up actions.
• Update project progress, billing information, Financial ROW and quarterly management reports.
• Coordinate TNB and Air Selangor meter applications, including document preparation, submissions and follow-up.
• Maintain electricity, water and fuel consumption records in the Presgo System.
• Coordinate with Project, QS, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal departments on documentation and submissions.
• Assist in site meetings, reports, project handover and other project-related administrative activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property, Construction or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant site/project administration experience, preferably in property development or construction.
• Experience in document control, ISO documentation and authority submissions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at project/site locations M Senyum in Sepang.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
