Job Title: Junior Application Support
Location: Efficient E-Solutions Berhad, Bukit Jelutong
Reporting to: Application Support Team Lead

Job Scope:

• Provide technical support relates to the maintenance of the app, software, and other organization's technological systems.
• Assisting the end-user understand how to use the application or system and help solve any issues.
• Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding.
• Writing and maintaining code.
• Working on minor bug fixes.
• Gathering information from application or system users.
• Conducting development tests.
• Providing technical support and enhancing the following SOD applications coding, including release application, indexing system, verifying system.
• Providing technical support to O'Neil users and Microsoft 365 users.
• Other future application or system integration development.

Key Requirement

• Important aspect of the role is the ability to explain the technical issues to non-technical personnel, so ptience and understanding will be important.
• Good all-round knowledge of IT, including the likes of programming languages, digital marketing, cybersecurity, software development, data science, technical writing, full stack development and common operating systems.
• Preferable in a relevant discipline such as computer science, computer programming, information technology or computer engineering.
