We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to support the planning and execution of engaging communications that bring our Company’s brand, culture and stories to life. You will be involved in content creation, digital and social media management, employee engagement, corporate events, CSR initiatives and communication campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is creative, collaborative and enjoys turning ideas into meaningful communications that connect with employees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external communications initiatives to drive employee engagement, awareness, and alignment with the Company's strategy.
- Assist in implementing corporate branding and communications activities, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and brand identity across communication channels.
- Develop and coordinate communication content and materials, including corporate announcements, newsletters, presentations, articles, graphics, videos, speeches, and other corporate publications.
- Manage and maintain the Company's social media and digital communication platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and monitoring of relevant activities and trends.
- Support employee engagement, employer branding, culture-building and CSR initiatives, including employee programmes, clubs, campaigns, and internal activities.
- Coordinate and support the execution of company events, communication campaigns and corporate initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors or agencies.
- Assist with media relations, PR activities and crisis communications, including preparing communication materials, monitoring media coverage and public sentiment, and escalating relevant matters to the Manager.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to gather information, identify communication needs and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of corporate messages.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of communication processes, content standards, templates and communication channels.
- Support company-wide transformation and change initiatives through effective communication, content development and stakeholder engagement projects through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, events, or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to actively contribute to diverse initiatives across the organisation.
- Experience in event planning, social media, and CSR initiatives is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
