Diana's Premium Cakes is looking for friendly, energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as *Outlet Crew* at our Elmina Lakeside Mall outlet.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, providing good service and working in a lively retail environment.

*No previous retail experience? No problem!*

We welcome fresh candidates who have a good attitude, are willing to learn and genuinely enjoy dealing with people.

### Your Responsibilities

* Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Assist customers with cake selections, product information and enquiries.

* Take customer orders accurately and coordinate orders when necessary.

* Handle cashier/POS transactions and payments accurately.

* Display cakes and products neatly and ensure the outlet presentation is attractive.

* Monitor product availability and assist with stock replenishment.

* Ensure cakes and products are handled according to company quality and food-handling standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the outlet.

* Assist with opening and closing procedures.

* Support promotions, festive campaigns and other outlet activities.

* Work together with the outlet team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the outlet supervisor.

### Who We Are Looking For

Friendly, approachable and comfortable talking to customers.

Passionate about customer service and creating a good customer experience.

Retail, F&B or customer-service experience is an advantage but *not compulsory*.

Fresh school leavers and candidates without previous experience are welcome to apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsible, hardworking and punctual.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to follow company procedures and instructions.

Presentable and professional when dealing with customers.

Willing to work according to retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

*SPM/STPM or equivalent preferred, but we place strong importance on attitude, reliability and customer-service mindset.*
