Key Activities/Accountabilities

• Manage and supervise the outbound operations team
• Ensure shipments are sorted, scanned and dispatched on time
• Monitor daily workload and assign duties effectively
• Ensure all shipments details and documents are accurate
• Follow up on pending shipments and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with drivers, hubs and internal teams
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Perform other duties related to outbound operations

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills :

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• 1–2 years experience as an Outbound Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role
