Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons, guide classroom activities, and facilitate discussions in accordance with ACE EdVenture’s teaching approach and standards.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to provide updates on students’ academic, behavioural, and real-world development, with emphasis on positive progress.
- Promote self-discipline among students and ensure English is used consistently during lessons, except in non-English language subjects.
- Collaborate with Academic teams to revise and enhance curricula in alignment with the principles and purpose of ACE DNA.
- Prepare internal examination papers and submit them early enough for vetting and printing processes.
- Complete students’ report cards on schedule to allow sufficient time for review and printing.
- Record and track students’ work and learning progress for documentation purposes.
- Participate in mandatory meetings, such as Termly Tactics, to stay informed about school developments and share relevant information with students.
- Support Heads by assisting in the preparation of academic materials or resources required for student growth and wellbeing.
- Respond appropriately to classroom emergencies or crisis situations.
- Report any information that could impact a student’s safety or wellbeing to the relevant leaders promptly and responsibly.
- Work with fellow teachers to resolve issues related to the classroom environment or specific students.
- Follow company policies designed to safeguard all stakeholders across ACE EdVenture.
- Cover classes for colleagues when requested, except in cases where:
- The teacher needs to conduct the same lesson for their own class.
- The teacher is required in the class to mentor the main teacher.
If mentoring:
- Conduct mentoring sessions, maintain documentation, and carry out agreed growth plans for mentees.
- Ensure mentees learn, apply, and continually improve ACE pedagogy to meet ACE’s teaching standards.
- Work together with Heads, Training, and HR to monitor mentees’ development and support their progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in the corporate sector
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to capture and hold an audience’s attention
- Ability to lead, guide, and influence children and teenagers
- High level of proactiveness and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
