Main Purpose of Job

Responsible for managing assigned strategic initiatives, business improvement projects, cross-functional coordination activities, and business performance analysis to support the achievement of organizational objectives.

Principle responsibilities & duties

• Manage assigned corporate initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments and divisions.
• Conduct business analysis and process improvement reviews.
• Monitor project progress and achievement of milestones.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and action plans.
• Support strategic planning activities.
• Facilitate project meetings and working committees.
• Supervise Assistant Managers and Senior Executives.

Minimum job requirement (education & experience)

• Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience and 3 years supervisory role.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, or strategy execution will be added advantage.
