Job Responsibilities :

• Design and develop fashionable footwear collections.
• Research market trends, colours, materials, and consumer preferences.
• Prepare design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Work closely with the merchandising and production teams.
• Source materials and ensure designs meet quality standards.
• Liaise closely with the China factory coordinator on product development, sample approval, and production schedules.
• Present creative ideas and contribute to seasonal collections.

Requirements:

• Creative ,versatile, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literate; experience with design software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of footwear design will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about fashion with a keen eye for trends.
• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
