Salary:

• Executive / Senior Executive: RM3,500 – RM5,000
• Assistant Manager / Manager: RM5,000 – RM13,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, expand our customer base, and drive company growth. The position level will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers.
• Generate leads through networking, research, cold calling, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Understand customer needs and identify suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales-related reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on opportunities to secure new business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other departments to support business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated pipeline and provide regular sales/business development reports.
• For Assistant Manager / Manager level, lead the business development team and develop strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in business development, sales, project sales, technical sales, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and business networking skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
