About JustFlex

JustFlex is building a Malaysian renting and subscription platform that makes essential products more accessible through flexible monthly plans.

Starting with motorcycles, we help student, working Malaysians, SMEs and other underserved customers access mobility through an affordable and flexible monthly subscription model.

As we grow our motorcycle subscription business, we are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who can help us build and scale our customer acquisition engine across performance marketing, social media, content and offline channels.

Your Role

This role is designed around three core areas:

40% Performance Marketing

40% Content & Social Media Growth

20% Offline Marketing & Ground Activation

We are looking for someone who wants more than a traditional marketing role — someone excited by the opportunity to build a growth engine from the ground up, take ownership of results, and grow together with the business.

This is a hands-on growth role where you will work directly with the founders and management team to shape and execute our go-to-market and customer acquisition strategy.

You should be comfortable launching campaigns yourself, analysing performance, developing content ideas, improving conversion funnels and working closely with sales, operation, partners and customers.

As an early member of JustFlex, you will have the opportunity to bring ideas directly to decision-makers, test them quickly, and see the commercial impact of your work.

You won't simply execute an established marketing playbook.

You will help build it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Build campaigns across the full customer funnel:

Awareness → Consideration → Lead/Application → Conversion.

• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Continuously test and improve audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale campaign performance.

2. Content & Social Media Growth

• Develop content strategies for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Create content around customer questions, pain points, success stories and testimonials.
• Identify social media trends and turn them into relevant JustFlex content.
• Develop content that educates potential customers, builds trust and supports customer acquisition.
• Maintain a consistent JustFlex brand identity, tone of voice and visual standard.

3. Offline Marketing & Ground Activation

• Organize roadshows, booths, community activations and promotional campaigns where commercially relevant
• Develop and manage customer referral and ambassador programs to encourage existing customers to introduce new customers
• Explore partnerships with employers, SMEs, colleges, factories, delivery communities and other organizations that could become scalable customer acquisition channels

What we looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads; experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CAC, ROAS and Conversion Rate.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media content trends.
• Comfortable participating in both digital marketing and on-ground marketing activities
• Analytical and comfortable using data to make marketing decisions
• Strong execution mindset — comfortable testing, learning and improving quickly
• Comfortable working in a growing business environment where you will help build systems and processes from the ground up
• Experience managing marketing agencies, freelancers or creators is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, we expect you to understand the JustFlex customer deeply, establish reliable campaign tracking, test multiple acquisition channels and identify the strongest customer acquisition opportunities.

You should be comfortable understanding which channels are generating customers, what those customers cost to acquire, which campaigns and creatives are performing best, and where JustFlex should invest more to grow.

Ultimately, you should be able to answer:

“If JustFlex invests RM10,000 into customer acquisition, approximately how many qualified and activated customers can we generate — and why?”
